1. Definitions
- "Sculpt", "we", "us", "our" — the operator of the Sculpt service, reachable via the support channel in Section 21.
- "Service" — the Sculpt website, API, and the Sculpt plugin for Roblox Studio, including all features, models, and content we provide.
- "You", "user" — the individual who accepts these terms and uses the Service under their account.
- "Credits" — prepaid usage units consumed when the Service processes your requests.
- "Wallet balance" — a prepaid USD-denominated balance usable only to buy Credits and plans inside the Service.
- "Input" — anything you submit to the Service: prompts, messages, selected scripts, attached links.
- "Output" — content generated by the Service in response to your Input, including code, text, and suggestions.
2. Acceptance of these terms
You accept these terms by doing any of the following: signing in through Discord, pairing or using the Studio plugin, purchasing Credits or a plan, or otherwise using the Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a team or company, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" includes it.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (the same minimum age Roblox requires).
- If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and all purchases must be made or approved by that parent or guardian. By allowing use, the guardian accepts these terms on the minor's behalf.
- You may not use the Service if you are barred from receiving it under applicable law or sanctions, or if we previously terminated your account for cause.
4. Your account
- Accounts are created via Discord OAuth. One account per person. Do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether or not you authorized it. Protect your Discord account with a strong password and two-factor authentication — whoever controls your Discord controls your Sculpt account.
- Notify us promptly through support if you believe your account was compromised. We may freeze an account we reasonably believe is compromised or abused.
- You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person or entity.
5. The service
Sculpt is an AI assistant for Roblox Studio: a website for account management and billing, a web chat, and a Studio plugin that generates code and suggestions based on your Input.
- Service changes. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, model, or plan at any time. Models labeled "soon" are announcements of intent, not commitments — they may ship late, changed, or never.
- Plugin scope. The plugin reads only the scripts you select before sending a request. Code changes require an explicit Apply/Create action (or the optional Auto-apply setting you enable yourself) and pass through Studio's ChangeHistory, so they can be undone.
- Maintenance and availability. The Service is provided without an uptime guarantee. We may interrupt it for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons, and we depend on third-party model providers whose availability we do not control.
- Beta status. Parts of the Service may be marked beta or experimental; they may be less stable and may be withdrawn without notice.
6. License to you
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the website and to install and use the plugin in Roblox Studio for developing your own Roblox experiences. This license does not allow you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, or to extract or reuse its underlying prompts, systems, or datasets, except where the law permits it regardless of this restriction.
7. Your content and AI output
- You keep ownership of your Input. By submitting Input you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, store, and display it — solely to operate and improve the Service (e.g. sending it to an AI model provider to generate your answer, storing your chat history, debugging).
- Output is yours. To the extent we hold any rights in Output, we assign them to you. We claim no ownership over the games or code you build with the Service.
- Output is not unique. AI models may produce identical or similar output for other users. You cannot claim exclusivity over generic output patterns.
- Output may be wrong or infringing. AI-generated code can contain errors, insecure patterns, or in rare cases material resembling third-party code. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and clearing Output before publishing it. Output is not professional advice.
- Responsibility for published content. Whatever you publish on Roblox or elsewhere — including content built from Output — is your sole responsibility, including its compliance with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards.
8. Credits, plans and wallet
- Credits are not money. They are a limited license to consume Service capacity. They have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not deposits or stored-value instruments.
- Wallet balance is likewise a prepayment for Service usage only. It is not withdrawable, does not accrue interest, and is not a payment account.
- How Credits are consumed: each request costs Credits based on actual tokens processed (input + weighted output) multiplied by the selected model's rate, with a minimum charge per request. The in-product estimate is an estimate; the final charge follows actual usage. Current rates are shown in the documentation.
- Plans: Lite Pass is a one-time 7-day plan; Pro and Pro+ are 30-day plans. Plan credits are granted immediately and added to your balance; when a plan period ends without renewal, the plan's benefits end but unused Credits remain.
- Free tier: one-time welcome Credits and a daily top-up that refills your balance up to a small cap (it never stacks). We may adjust free-tier amounts at any time, including to prevent abuse.
- Expiry and dormancy: purchased Credits and wallet balance do not expire while the Service operates and your account is in good standing. If the Service is discontinued entirely, Section 17 applies.
- Price changes apply prospectively. Credits already purchased keep working; an announced price change never retroactively shrinks your balance.
- Promotional or admin-granted credits may carry their own conditions and may be revoked if granted in error or obtained through abuse.
9. Payments, taxes and refunds
- Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers (including cryptocurrency payment processors). We never receive or store card numbers. The provider's own terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
- Cryptocurrency payments are final by nature. You are responsible for sending the correct asset, network, and amount. Transactions sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network cannot be recovered by us. Exchange-rate fluctuations between initiation and confirmation are your risk.
- All sales are final except where a mandatory law in your jurisdiction grants a right of withdrawal or refund. Where such a right exists for digital services, you acknowledge that by purchasing and immediately receiving Credits/wallet balance you request immediate performance, which may reduce or extinguish withdrawal rights to the extent the service has been performed.
- Refunds we choose to issue (e.g. goodwill, duplicate payment, our error) are made to wallet balance or the original payment method at our discretion, minus network fees where applicable. Spent Credits are non-refundable.
- Chargebacks and payment disputes: initiating a chargeback for a delivered purchase instead of contacting support may result in suspension while we investigate.
- Taxes: prices do not include taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or bank/network fees applicable to your purchase.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:
- Create multiple accounts or use automation to farm welcome credits, daily top-ups, or promotions.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially share access to the Service, your account, or its Credits.
- Use the Service to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, malicious (including malware, exploits, or cheats for Roblox), harassing, sexually exploitative, or that violates Roblox's or Discord's terms and community rules.
- Probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or circumvent the Service's security, rate limits, billing, or access controls; scrape the Service; or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code, models, or prompts from the Service, except to the extent the law permits it notwithstanding this clause.
- Use the Service to develop a competing service, or to generate data for training competing models.
- Misrepresent Output as human-authored where the context legally requires disclosure of AI generation.
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
11. Third-party services
- The Service depends on third parties: Discord (authentication), Roblox (the Studio platform the plugin runs in), AI model providers (processing your Input to generate Output), and payment processors. Their availability, behavior, and terms are outside our control.
- Sculpt is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc., or any AI model vendor. All trademarks belong to their owners.
- Your use of Roblox Studio and Discord remains governed by their respective terms; nothing in these terms overrides them.
12. Intellectual property
- The Service — including its software, design, branding, documentation, and the Sculpt name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license in Section 6, no rights are granted to you.
- Feedback you send us (ideas, suggestions, bug reports) may be used by us without restriction or compensation; you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable license to use it.
- Infringement complaints: if you believe content available through the Service infringes your rights, contact support with (a) identification of the work, (b) the allegedly infringing material and where you found it, (c) your contact details, and (d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized. We will review and act on valid notices, including removal and, for repeat infringers, account termination.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect (Discord profile, chats, usage and billing records), how we use it, and your controls, including data deletion. It forms part of these terms. Short version: we don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and your Input is sent to AI model providers only to generate your answers.
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Without limiting the above: we do not warrant that Output will be correct, secure, or suitable for any purpose; that any model will remain available; or that the Service will meet your requirements. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions — where that is the case, exclusions apply only to the extent permitted.
15. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, OR DAMAGE TO YOUR GAMES OR PROJECTS ARISING FROM CODE YOU CHOSE TO APPLY OR PUBLISH; AND (b) OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF US$50 OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — including, where applicable, liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights.
16. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) content you publish that was built with or without Output; (b) your violation of these terms or of applicable law; (c) your violation of third-party rights, including Roblox's or Discord's terms; or (d) unauthorized use of the Service through your account due to your failure to secure it. This obligation does not apply where prohibited by consumer-protection law.
17. Suspension and termination
- By you: stop using the Service at any time; revoke access at Discord → Settings → Authorized Apps; request account deletion via support. Deleting an account forfeits remaining Credits and wallet balance unless a mandatory law says otherwise.
- By us, for cause: we may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal requirement, or risk to the Service or other users. In clear abuse cases (Section 10) remaining Credits and promotional balances are forfeited. Where practical and lawful, we will state the reason.
- Service discontinuation: if we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable advance notice, and — for purchased, unused Credits and wallet balances — offer a proportionate remedy where required by law.
- Survival: Sections 7, 9, 12, 14–16, 18, and 19 survive termination.
18. Disputes and governing law
- Talk to us first. Before starting a formal dispute, contact support with a description of the issue — most problems are solved within days. We commit to responding within 30 days.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and disputes may be brought in your local courts where the law grants that right.
- Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days before litigation. Claims must be brought within the shortest period allowed by applicable law, and each claim individually — you waive class actions to the extent such waiver is enforceable where you live.
19. General provisions
- Entire agreement: these terms plus the Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements.
- Severability: if a provision is held unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest remains in force.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment: you may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the Service, with notice to you.
- Force majeure: neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (outages of third-party providers, natural disasters, war, government action, internet failures).
- Export and sanctions: you may not use the Service in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
- Language: these terms are drafted in English; translations are provided for convenience and the English version prevails where permitted.
- Notices to you may be given via the Service, your Discord account, or the email on file; notices to us go through support (Section 21).
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice via the Service before they take effect; non-material changes (clarifications, typos) may apply immediately upon posting with an updated date. If you continue using the Service after the effective date, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service before the effective date and contact support regarding your remaining balance.
